Support Ticket Instructions

 

 

 

Our support team is just a click away! Click on the HappyFox tile in your OneLogin Dashboard to access help articles and submit support tickets.

 

Note: Please do not email our Onboarding team members with support requests.

 

 

 

To submit a Support Ticket, begin by logging in with OneLogin.

  1. To login after setting up your account, go to: https://dermpro.onelogin.com/portal/
  2. Click on HappyFox to Access Support Tickets

 

Note: If you do not have a login, please ask another administrator in your office to request a login for you.

 

 

 

Once you've logged into HappyFox, you should see your list of previously submitted support tickets. Click on "Submit Ticket" from the upper-right corner of the screen. Upon clicking "Submit Ticket", the "Create a New Ticket" form will be shown. Fill in all of the fields to let us know what you need help with. Select the most appropriate category for your request. We’ve added the most popular types of requests and included an “Other” option as well.
