How A Patient Can Cancel Their Own Membership or Auto-Replenish Subscription
1. The patient can log into their store account from your storefront, by clicking on the Sign In link in the upper right of the screen. Alternatively, a store administrator can Login As Customer from the patient's Account Details from Shop Manager > Customers > All Customers, then open the details of the customer, and click on the "Login as Customer" button.
2. On the account dashboard, select "My Subscriptions" located on the left hand side menu.
4. On the "My Subscriptions" page, choose the subscription you want to cancel and click on View.
5. You will be redirected to the subscription details page. You will now be able to Cancel, Pause or Edit the subscription information (payment info/address/shipping frequency/cycle)
NOTE: Depending on how any given membership is configured, the subscription may be subject to a minimum time period before a customer is able to cancel the subscription on their own.
