Adding Customer Reviews to the Online Store

 

 

 

This article guides you on how to manually add reviews to your online store.

While most reviews will be added by a customer in the front-end of the store, you may be receiving reviews of products or services via a different collection mechanism, such as on Real Self, Google or other online site, via a review widget on your main website, via a patient portal, or in-office.  If a review is directly correlated to a specific product or treatment that is listed on your online store, it would be a good idea to add the review to the item so that store visitors will be able to see it. 

To add reviews, log into your DermPRO OneLogin Dashboard and go to your Store Back-End. Select the following menu: Marketing > Reviews > New Review.

 

 

On the field for NAME, enter the product or treatment name you wanted to post your review on, then click SEARCH.

 

 

Click on the product or treatment name, then a new page will load where you can enter the details of the review. All fields are required.

 

 

 

After filling in the details of the review, click SAVE REVIEW. Check if the review was posted on your online store by checking the product or treatment page and see the REVIEWS tab.
