How to Configure Shipping and Pick-up Options for Your Store
- Log into Shop Manager by first logging into DermPRO OneLogin Dashboard and clicking on the Shop Manager tile, or by directly opening the link https://shopmanager.dermpro.com/ and entering the login credentials.

In Shop Manager, click “Settings” from the lower left menu.
Shipping

Click on the "Store Configurations" tab, then select the “Shipping” tile.

Edit the desired Flat Rate Shipping fee that you would like to charge, or toggle the shipping rate switch to disable if you don't want to charge a shipping fee. In the Free Shipping setting, edit the “Minimum Order Amount” which is the threshold at which you would like Free Shipping to be activated. Alternatively, you may disable free shipping by toggling the Free Shipping switch; doing so will mean that all shipping orders will be charged the Flat Rate that is defined above.

Click the “Save Configurations” button on the lower right once you're done making updates.
Pick-up Locations

Click on the "Store Configurations" tab, then select the “Store Pickup” tile.

In this screen, you can enable or disable the Office Pickup option, and you can add or remove Office Pickup Locations. Toggle the Enable Store Pickup switch to disable or enable Store Pickup as desired. You must have at least one Pickup Location defined in order to Enable Store Pickup.

If you have an existing Store Pickup location defined, you may edit the Pickup Location information by clicking the down arrow that appears to the right of the location name. Doing so expands the location information and gives you access to the details of the location. Make your desired edits the Store Address, Main Contacts, and Store Working Hours.

Click the “Save Location Changes” button on the lower right when you are done making edits.

If you would like to add a location—either your first pickup location or additional pickup locations—click the “Add New Store Pickup Location” button and follow the prompts to configure the Location, Contact info, and Hours. The “Position” field allows you to designate the order in which the locations will be listed.
Note that the Latitude and Longitude fields may be easily found by using Google Maps. Hover over the Latitude field to see instructions. In Google maps, with your location entered, right click over the map marker to see and copy/paste your latitude and longitude.
After completing these fields, continue to the Contacts and Hours settings and click the “Save Configurations” button.
