How to Add a Treatment to Your Store

1. Log into Shop Manager by first logging into DermPRO OneLogin Dashboard and clicking on the Shop Manager tile...

...or by directly opening the link https://shopmanager.dermpro.com/ and entering the login credentials.

 

2. In Shop Manager, click “Listings” from the left menu.

 

 

3.  Click the "Add Product from Library" button under Listings.

 

 

3. From the Browse Listings page, click on the "Treatments" tab, where you can find all the Treatment Brands available in our catalog.

 

 

A word about finding appropriate SKUs.

The logos that are listed in the Listings Library include a mix of manufacturers and brand names, and which one is used in our library depends on a number of factors such as the popularity of the brand.

 

For example, Cynosure TempSure is found under “Cynosure”, while Allergan BOTOX is found under "Botox Cosmetic”. Keep this in mind when searching our library for the SKU that most closely aligns with your service, and always remember that once the SKU is downloaded to your Listings Draft, you can edit the name, description, image, price, and other features of the listing to ensure alignment with the services you provide.

 

In many cases, you will have services that are non-branded or are not promoted/sold using a specific brand name, such as IPL Photofacial, Swedish Massage, or Dermaplaning. For such services, select the the Other Treatments option from the Treatment Brands list.

 

 

 

 

5. Select or Look for the Brand that you would like to add by entering the Brand Name in the "Search Field" and typing the Brand Name.

 

 

 

 

6. There are two ways to search for the treatment that you would like to add.

 

• First, type in the Treatment Name in the "Search field" and click on the magnifying glass icon and tick the box to select the treatment.

  

 

• Or, press on your Keyboard Ctrl+F and type in the treatment that you would like to add in the field.
• To add a non-branded treatment, go to the title "Other Treatments" to add any service that you typically do not sell by its branded name.

 

 

 

7. Once you've identified the SKU that most closely matches the service you want to add, click the box to select the treatment. Multiple SKUs may be selected at one time. Then click on "Add to Store".

 

 

8. You will need to go back to Listings and see that the treatment has been added to Queue. Once the processing is done it will automatically transfer to "Draft" 

 

 

9. Click "Draft" and select the pencil-like icon to Edit and open the SKU page.

 

 

10. Once you have opened the SKU page, you may then Enable the treatment along with other changes you can do. Please see the details below.

 

 On the treatment page:

 

• Click on "Enable"
• Enable or disable the "Is Taxable" option for the tax rule on the treatment
• Edit the price to reflect your price for this treatment

 

 

11. For treatments with multiple price options, scroll down to click on the "Custom Options" field.

 

•  Enable the "Absolute Price" if the price if the Custom Option price should replace the Price. Keep the Absolute Price disabled if the Custom Option price should be added to the Price.
• Enable the "Price Starts At" to display the phrase "Price Starts At" on the category page.

 

 

• Click on the "Add Custom Option" to enter the price options
• For "Option Title" encode "Select a Treatment"
• Choose "Radio Buttons" under type
• Click on the tick box for "Required"
• Under "Custom Option Value", encode here your treatment option title
• Encode your price for this treatment option under "Price"
• Click on "Add Value" to another treatment price options
• Select "Create Option" once you are done adding your pricing options

 

 

 

13. Finally click on "Save Changes". The treatment will then be added to your "Active" list.

 

NOTE: Do not forget to refresh the page on the store front end to see the edits made in Shop Manager.
