How to Enable/Disable Tax in a Product or Treatment

 

 

NOTE: This article provides help for setting the taxability of an individual product or service. If you are seeking help with changing your store's tax rate(s), please see the article, "How to Update the Tax Rates on Your Store".

 

 

  1. Log into Shop Manager by first logging into DermPRO OneLogin Dashboard and clicking on the Shop Manager tile...

...or by directly opening the link https://shopmanager.dermpro.com/ and entering the login credentials.

  1. In Shop Manager, click “Listings” from the left menu, and select the Active tab or Draft tab, depending on whether the item you are configuring tax for is already active in your store or is in draft mode.

3. Locate the product or treatment you want to update by using sort, search or filter. Once you have located the product click the pencil icon to open the product page.

 

 

4. Once you have opened the desired product just right below the price area you will see "Is Taxable".

 

 

5. Toggle the "Is Taxable" to enable or disable the item from being taxed. The above screenshot shows a product with Tax enabled. Below illustrates the product with Tax disabled.

 

 

6. Click Save Changes to apply changes.
