Your DermPRO store back-end offers a number of flexible, filterable reports to meet your ongoing reporting needs. 

 

You may want to get a report of coupon code usage on your store. To access such a report, log into your Store Back-End by clicking on the OneLogin tile that features your store name and logo. From the Store Back-End, click on the Reports main menu option, and find the Sales by Coupon Code option under the heading Advanced Reports by Aheadworks. 

 

 

 

 

Enter the appropriate date range in the date section and Apply. 

 

 

You may also click the “Columns” setting and deselect any column heading to remove those headings which are not needed.

 

In addition, there is a “Filters” option which will allow you to filter the report in several ways.  For example, you may want to use the Filters option to filter the report on a specific coupon code.  To clear the filter when you are done, click “Clear All.”

 

The on-screen report is interactive.  Click on any column heading to sort the list by that column.  You may view totals at the bottom of each column. You may also see the breakdown of the results for any given coupon code by clicking on the Code (in blue).

 

 

That will open up a display of the breakdown of the code usage by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year—within whatever total time range you selected.

 

 

 

 

To export the report, click on “Export” and choose “CSV” and click “Export”. A file will then be generated for you to open and save.
