HOW DO I CONTACT TAXJAR?

 

 

 

Below are the key ways to contact TaxJar Support for any questions or concerns, along with their response times and the details you should provide when submitting a request. This guide also includes special instructions for AutoFile users to ensure timely assistance.

 

  • Email or Phone: From your TaxJar account, click Support in the left sidebar.

  • Phone Support: Available for 1K plan tier or higher, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–7 PM CST.

    • Request by emailing [email protected] with subject "Request a call" and include: name, phone number, best time to call, and reason.

    • Callbacks within 1 business day.

  • Instant Answers: Click the green TaxJar icon and type your question.

 

When Contacting Support, Include:

  • Your TaxJar account email.

  • Details of your question/issue.

  • Screenshots (if applicable).

  • For transaction/state sales tax questions, include: order ID, date, total, and ship-to address.

 

AutoFile Users:

  • If you need time to review data before filing, pause your return in the AutoFile Dashboard. If not paused, your return may be filed before support can respond.
