Release Overview: This release includes new functionality in QuotePRO, including new Checkout Payment Options, Treatment Plans, and Quote PDFs.

 

What’s New

  1. Added ability to pay with Multiple Credit Cards at Checkout

    • How it Works: Proceed to Checkout from Shop Manager and select “Pay with Multiple Cards” payment method. Admin can enter data for multiple credit cards (Card number, expiration date, cvv) and amount to bill from each card. Press the “Place Order” button to make a purchase using the cards you entered.
    • Requires BluePay and Stripe merchant account.
    • Feature is currently not available to the end customer from the Offers Page.
  2. Added ability to pay a Deposit at Checkout, splitting the Quote payment into a Deposit and X equal payments for the remaining amount due.

    • How it Works: Proceed to Checkout from Shop Manager and select “Pay Deposit” payment method. Admin can enter a Deposit amount, which will be billed immediately at purchase. Then select the date when the order must be fully paid, and enter the Number of Payments you want to split the remaining amount into. (Total minus Deposit). The system will calculate payment cycles and and amounts, and display the dates of payments. Press “Place Order” button to bill the Deposit and schedule the sequence of payments.
    • Currently you can manage and see deposit details in Online Store Admin Panel => Sales => Deposits. The last payment always will be 1 day before “Due Date”.
    • Requires BluePay and Stripe merchant account.
    • Feature is currently not available to the end customer from the Offers Page.
  3. Added Treatment Plans

    • Where is this feature? Go to Shop Manager => Quoting => Create a Quote => Select Patients => Add Products/Treatments => Save => Configure Plan
    • This feature enables you to combine any number of Products and Treatments to a Treatment Plan or Series, to name the Plan, and to configure Start Date, Expiration and Must Use-By Date, which will be shown to the patient on the Offers Page and in the PDF file.
    • To run the sequence, select the Treatment Plan/Series and press the “Create a Quote” button. Each Treatment Series will be created as a separate Quote and will be shown on the Offers Page for customers.
  4. Preview PDF file for Quote

    • Where is this feature? Go to Shop Manager => Quoting => Create a Quote => Select Patients => Add Products/Treatments => Save => Preview Quote button
    • This feature enables you to save the Quote to a PDF file. You will see modal window with detailed preview of Quote. The PDF file includes images and detailed descriptions of the products/treatments being quoted. It also includes a “Terms and Conditions” section.
    • You may download the PDF file. To download PDF file, press the “Download” button.  Alternatively, use the “Create a Quote” button to create a quote from current preview screen.s A new PDF file UI will appear in TouchMD also.
  5. Ability to configure Terms and Conditions for QuotePRO in Shop Manager

    • Where is this feature? Go to Shop Manager => Settings => QuotePRO configurations => Terms and Conditions
    • The new QuotePRO configurations tab is available to stores that have QuotePRO enabled. This feature enables you to configure general Terms and Conditions for QuotePRO, and to set up specific Terms and Conditions for Subscriptions within QuotePRO. Configured Terms and Conditions will now be displayed on the Offers page, during Checkout, and in the PDF file for the quote.
  6. Quote Listings

    • Add ability to turn On/Off a one-time purchase option for Memberships.
    • Add ability to automatically change the Quote Status in Active Campaign so they do not need to be manually updated.

 

 

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed issue with delays in Quote syncing to Quote Progression page when the customer email is updated. Quote sync restoration was reduced from 24 hours to 2 hours.
  2. Fixed issue with broken QuotePRO Packages after editing QuotePRO listings.
