Release Overview: In this release, we've enhanced QuotePRO with key features like a new "Quote Queue" for better error handling, Nextech integration for detailed patient purchase history, and improved quote management capabilities. Additionally, we've introduced notes for quotes and a "Tasks and Activities" page for streamlined operations. Bug fixes and usability improvements, including accessible web elements, further refine the user experience.

 

What’s New

 

  1. Create a Quote page

  • We added a page “Quote Queue”, where QuotePRO admin can view the status bar of Quote for Marketing Segment queue, and see a list of quotes which were not created because of an error during creation.
  • QuotePRO admin can review details about each failed quote. The page “Quote Queue” is disabled if there are no quotes in the queue.
  • We added an additional tab, “Nextech”, to the Patient Details page, enabling the QuotePRO admin to review the history of purchases in the clinic based on Data from the Nextech Charge Report for selected patient.
  • We display Lifetime Spent value, for the last 12 months of sales. There is also a list of all sales from Nextech.
  • We added the ability to open a modal window to update the phone number for SMS login if customer doesn't have it. After pressing “Select” on Quote creation modal window for customer without phone number, QuotePRO admin should see a modal window where the selected Customer's Phone Number can be updated.
  • We added the ability to Create a Quote from Patient Activity page in Shop Manager.
  • We added the ability to Edit a Quote from Patient Activity page in Shop Manager.
  • We added the ability to Preview a Quote from Patient Activity page in Shop Manager

 

 

  1. Notes for Quotes

  • We added the ability to add notes for Quotes in QuotePRO
  • We modified the “Create a Quote” button, such that you will see a modal window with options to configure a name, an expiration date, and a Note for the Quote.
  • The customer can review Notes for Quote on the Offers page.
  • The customer can review Notes for Quote on the PDF file we send to TouchMD.

 

 

  1. Tasks and Activities

  • We added the page “Tasks and Activities” in Shop Manager, where user can review all assigned to him tasks or activities. Tasks & Activities were previously found under Quoting => Quote Progression => View More.  The Tasks and Activities page is now directly underneath Quoting in Shop Manager.
  • On this page, the QuotePRO Admin can review a list of tasks and activities in two separate tabs.
  • QuotePRO Admin can filter tasks by status, priority, subject, type.
  • QuotePRO Admin can filter activities by notes, subject, type.

 

 

  1. Other QuotePRO Improvements

  • We added the ability to display list of credit cards a customer has used to pay for an order with help of the Pay with Multiple Cards feature on the Offers page => Order details.
  • We added an option to update the credit card to all subscriptions when user is changing their stored credit card from the offers page.
  • We added alt text to images on the Offers page (logos, banners, other images)

 

 

Bug Fixes

  1. Display error when customer doesn't have Phone for Login During Creating Quote for Marketing Segment
  2. Fix an issue where Marketing Segment sends quotes even after an error
  3. Fix an issue when there was a delay between Quote creation and Email sequence start
