HOW TO RUN A SALES REPORT

Your DermPRO store back-end offers a number of flexible, filterable reports to meet your ongoing reporting needs.

To access reports, log into your store back-end, click on the Reports main menu option, and click on any of the report types under the heading Advanced Reports by Aheadworks. Our most popular and versatile report is the Sales Detailed report.

Once you select the Sales Detailed report, click the “Report Settings” option on the right-hand side.  Under “Order Statuses” make sure that ALL of the statuses shown are selected and then “Save.” Note that you may need to deselect the "Use Default Value" option in order to make any changes to the Order Statuses selections.

Choose the appropriate date range in the date section.  There are several options to choose from.  The default option is “Month to Date” but you may choose other date options, or a custom date range.

You may further customize the on-screen report by clicking on any column to sort the list by that column.  You may also click the “Columns” button and deselect any column heading to remove those headings which are not needed. In addition, there is a “Filters” option which will allow you to filter the report in several ways.  You will find this feature throughout other screens as well.

If you are looking for a specific order, you may filter the list by entering an order # or partial order # in the blank space at the top in the “Search by keyword” field. You may also use the “Filter” option to further filter the list.  To clear the filter when you are done, click “Clear All.”

The on-screen report is interactive. You may view totals at the bottom of each column, or you may view a particular order or customer, by clicking the blue hyperlink on the screen.

To export the report, click on “Export” and choose “CSV” and click “Export”. A file will then be generated for you to open and save.
