LOGIN AS CUSTOMER
With the 'Login as Customer' feature, you can easily enter any account-holder’s account to browse the store as your customer. This simple solution can be an essential tool for helping you support your customers, guiding them when they have questions or need assistance navigating your store, and troubleshooting issues they report to you.
Use this feature to login to the store as if you are the customer. One of the most common uses for Login as Customer is in assisting customers with updating their credit card information for ongoing subscription payments.
This feature is available from Shop Manager.
- From your OneLogin Dashboard, click the Shop Manager tile to log into Shop Manager, and click on Customers > All Customers from the left sidebar menu
- Search, Filter or Sort the All Customers list to locate the customer whom you want to login as
- Click the pencil icon next to the customer's entry to open/edit the customer's details
- From the Personal Information tab, find the Other Actions area, and click the Login as Customer button
When you Login as Customer, you will be taken to your store front-end and you will be logged into the customer's account. In most cases, you will be taken directly to the customer's Account Dashboard. You have full access to the customer's account to perform functions such as saving a new payment method or deleting a saved payment method. You can also add items to the cart, checkout as the customer, and much more.
After you've finished using the store as your customer, remember to Sign Out from the customer's account on the store.
